We offer fast and convenient same day shipping. Cut off time is 12pm EST Monday-Friday. After 12pm EST orders ship next day. We ship on business days only (Monday-Friday).

You can expect to receive your items in 2-4 business days.
All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery.

Regina Raw is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies photographic proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed. Claim approval grants replacements only.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, this hair can last a long time—most of our clients enjoy it for 12 to 18 months or even longer! The better you care for it, the more you can reuse and restyle it without compromising quality.

How Much Hair Do I Need?
Office Manager
For a full sew-in using Virgin or Raw human hair, we recommend approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair.

For lengths 14” to 18”, purchase 2 bundles.

For lengths 20” or longer, we recommend 3 bundles.
Each bundle weighs about 3.5 ounces.
Keep in mind:
“The longer the hair, the shorter the weft,” since hair is sold by weight, not length.

Can I Color This Hair?
Yes! Our hair is 100% human hair —unprocessed and chemical-free.
You can color it, but keep in mind that once the hair is dyed, it is no longer considered virgin.
To maintain color-treated hair:

Deep condition regularly

Keep it moisturized

Avoid excessive heat or alcohol-based products

Maintenance Instructions
(All Textures)
Daily Maintenance:

Use styling products minimally to avoid build-up

For wavy or curly textures, use a spray bottle with water for a refreshed natural look

For a "wet" look, combine leave-in conditioner + water

Avoid alcohol-based products to prevent dryness

Gently scrunch curls and let air dry

Comb through gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting at the ends
Weekly Maintenance:

Shampoo at least once a week using a pH-balanced shampoo (pH7 or lower)

Do not massage the hair harshly

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

Apply conditioner, detangle with a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots

Rinse thoroughly and air dry
